Meet Big Tex – the Life of the Party! Big Tex is a 6-month-old (as of October!) all-black kitten with a big personality to match his name. He’s a playful, high-energy guy who turns anything into a game, from wand toys to crinkle balls. He’ll happily entertain himself, zipping around the room with his latest treasure, but he’s just as excited to have a human join in the fun. Tex is also very adventurous and curious, always exploring his surroundings and checking out whatever is new. He loves the company of other animals, spending hours romping with his two foster cat siblings and hanging out with his high-energy foster dog brother, and they make the perfect playmate pair. Big Tex will need another playful animal to play with in his new home for sure! Despite his lively antics, Tex is a total sweetheart. He purrs nonstop, sometimes even while he’s on the move, making it clear how happy he is to be around people. This friendly little adventurer will bring endless entertainment and affection to his forever home. Catcalls Rescue's Adoption Policy

Please thoroughly read the following information about adopting a Catcalls Rescue cat/kitten before applying. Must be 21+ to apply. Fill out the form thoroughly. The more information you provide, the better! Incomplete forms will not be considered. Please do not apply on a whim! Out of consideration for the time and energy of our volunteers, we ask that you apply only when certain that you are ready and able to adopt. We cannot hold cats/kittens for adoption. Kittens do best when they have a friend! Kittens must be adopted in pairs or to homes with existing pets. All current pets in applicants’ homes must be spayed and neutered and up to date on vaccines. Cats in the home must be FIV/FeLV tested. Safety is a priority at Catcalls Rescue, so a virtual or in-person home check will be completed prior to adoption to make sure your furry friend will be safe and comfortable in their new environment! All Catcalls Rescue cats and kittens come with health records and are dewormed, flea treated, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, FIV/FeLV tested, and microchipped. Please note that due to a high volume of applications, you may not receive a response. We will reach out to applicants that are best suited for each feline within one week of receiving their application. **Emails asking us if we have received apps only slows up the process for everyone. We can't respond to those any faster than we can respond to a good application! Please keep that in mind! If you are the best fit for our kitties, you will absolutely hear from us! Thank you!**
