Betty Rubble's Story
Senior cat with special needs seeks special adopter!

Meet Betty, a sassy yet affectionate senior lady looking for a retirement home where she can spend her days lounging in a sun beam, looking out a window or curling up next to her favorite person as they watch TV.

Betty is diagnosed as diabetic. She is well regulated on a once a day oral medication, which she will need for the rest of her life.

Betty gets along well with other cats, rather she coexists well with all other cats she has come in contact and has been housed with. She does not need the companionship of another cat, but would be fine living with other cats in a household. As with any cat, we recommend slow introductions and if you choose to adopt Betty we can walk you through how to navigate that process.

The staff currently caring for Betty would love nothing more than to see her in a home of her very own, as we know she deserves it. We know there is someone special out there who can love Betty and give her their best.

Please share on behalf of Betty Rumble in search of her fur-ever home!

***********************************************************************************************

If you would like to meet Betty or any of our cats available for adoption, please email ahrkittenrescue@gmail.com for more information and an application. A staff member will be in touch ASAP. Our kitty meet & greets are done by appointment only.

Our cats live with us here at our very busy animal hospital (a limited amount are fostered). We do not have a shelter but do our best with the space we have. Our adoption team will review your application and call references to determine the perfect future home for each of our cats. We have multiple cats that we are taking care of and working to get adopted.

All our cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, FELV/FIV negative and micro-chipped prior to adoption unless otherwise stated. Please view our adoption fees and policies for our cats.

Most of our cats have never met dogs or children of any age or size. We recommend a slow introduction process for children, dogs and other cats to help for a smooth transition into your home. All our new kitty parents are sent home with additional information on this process. You can also visit the www.ASPCA.com for additional information on this process.

Animal Hospital of Richboro cannot offer any promises on the age, health, or temperament of any pet.
