Betty Boop's Story
Meet Betty Boop - A Survivor!

Betty Boop is a resilient and quirky little lady who overcame a very rough start in life. She was abandoned in a cardboard box on Mr. Grey's porch and was so weak she couldn’t even stand. It was later discovered that she was battling both Toxoplasmosis and FIP (feline infectious peritonitis). With treatment, time, and lots of care, Betty Boop made an incredible recovery, and we are so grateful she is now happy and enjoying life.

She does have some lingering neurological quirks from her illnesses. Her most adorable habit is sticking out her long pink tongue, and when you pet her she often gives sweet little kisses.

Betty Boop loves lounging on the kitchen mat where it’s warm and she can watch the activity around her. She is also a big fan of food—mealtime and treats are the highlights of her day.

She does not want to be picked up, but she enjoys being petted on her own terms. Betty Boop is looking for a loving, patient home where she can relax, enjoy her favorite cozy spots, and continue being her wonderfully unique self. 🐾
