She had a rough start in life after being found as a stray kitten and suffering a spinal injury at a very young age when she accidentally ran headfirst into a chair leg while playing. With time, rest, and veterinary care, Betty has made a wonderful recovery and is now thriving. Despite her early challenges, Betty is playful, fun, and full of kitten energy. She loves to explore, play, and interact with her people, and she brings a joyful spark wherever she goes. She also does well with other pets, making her a great fit for a multi-pet household. Betty does have one very strong preference—she is strictly a wet food girl and will politely decline any and all dry food! This sweet, resilient kitten is looking for a loving home where she can continue to grow, play, and be cherished. Hero's Haven Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

Our adoption screening process is as follows: 1) Potential adopters should complete the adoption application at https://heroshavenanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms. 2) We will do a background check and contact your personal references as well as your vet reference if you currently have or have had pets in your home. 3) We will do an adoption interview and may request a home visit. 4) If/when approved as an applicant, a meet and greet with your preferred animal will be arranged to ensure it is a good fit for both you and the dog or cat.
