Betsy's Story

Betsy needs a hero. Before she came to us, she wasnt treated very well. She wasnt shown much love or affection- that has now changed. <br/>We got Betsy in May and the first month she hid under a cat bed or blanket. She never hissed or meowed, she just lay there quietly. <br/>Our volunteers love her and every day when they come, they talk to her, pet her and give her treats. She now realizes that she can trust us. <br/><br/>We would love for her to find a quiet home with someone who will love her and be patient with her. Betsy wont be your instant gratification cat- but she will come around and it will be so worth it. <br/><br/>Betsy is spayed, up to date with her shots and litter trained. <br/>Are you looking for a companion cat? Lakeshore Animal Friends's Adoption Policy
Adoption application is a requirement for all cats/kittens adopted directly from LAF. Pet must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption and, unless special circumstances are agreed upon for a specific cat/kitten, the pet is considered an indoor only pet. LAF reserves the right to visit the potential adopters home to ensure a good placement for the pet and/or has final determination if the pet is a suitable match for the adopter.
