Bert's Story
This sweet boy showed up at a good Samaritans property with an injured bloody shoulder. I was contacted for help and approved to have him taken to my vet. He had a good-sized bite wound that needed to be flushed and cleaned to prevent infection. Bert was also given an antibiotic injection.<br/><br/>I adore this boy. He is "extremely affectionate and loving". He follows me around as I’m doing my daily cat chores and just wants me to pet and love him. If I am not paying attention to Bert, he will jump in my lap and make sure I see him, lol <br/><br/> Bert is maybe a couple years old, has tested negative for leukemia/FIV, and has been neutered. Bert is co-existing with my other cats but seems to like the girls more than the boys. This might change once his hormones are regulated from his neutering procedure. <br/><br/><br/>At any rate, if you are looking for a super friendly and outgoing cat, then you must meet Bert! If I didn't have a full house already, I would make it work in my home with Bert.
