Berry's Story

Berry is an adult longhaired white tabby with a personality that is impossible to ignore. Formerly known as Priscilla, she now goes by Berry-short for Strawberry-and she is very, very good at making sure her people know exactly what she wants.

Berry is an enthusiastic conversationalist and can be quite loud and talkative, sometimes even carrying on throughout the night. She is also ALWAYS hungry and has earned herself the nickname of a little trash panda. Wrappers are not safe around this girl-she doesn't just chew them, she will actually try to eat them! Her new family will definitely need to keep tempting trash safely out of reach.

Despite all her quirks, Berry has a very affectionate side. She loves to be cuddled and held, comes when you call her name, and apparently thinks licking toes at night is a perfectly reasonable way to show affection. She's also exceptionally litterbox trained.

Berry is not dog friendly and doesn't seem particularly fond of very young children, although we're not sure exactly why. She'll do best with a family who appreciates a cat with strong opinions, a loud voice, an enormous appetite, and plenty of love to give.

If you're looking for a quiet, low-maintenance cat, Berry probably isn't your girl. But if a talkative, cuddly, slightly ridiculous cat sounds like your kind of companion, Berry may be exactly what you've been looking for.
