Hi! I’m Benny, and my fosters and everyone that meet me think that i’m the bestest boy ever! I’m two years old and I came to Arthur Animal Rescue after I found myself in a pretty bad fight. My Foster people told me that I need to learn how to properly greet other kitties and that I shouldn’t jump on them from behind because not every kitty want’s to play with me. I think that’s what got me into this mess. It’s been a long process for me to recover and although I do get the occasional sneezies still, the Dr says i’m doing great and i’m ready to meet my forever family.
Right now i’m living at a Zoo with my Foster people. They have a big Dog that I LOVE.. I actually think I may start identifying as a dog because it looks like fun when she goes outside and sometimes I wish I could also go out there.. I also am living with 3 other cats and i’m learning my behaviours because I really like to play but they don’t really want to play with me.
At my Foster home they don’t have any kids yet, but they do have lots of kids that come visit me and it makes me so excited because they will play with me for hours and I love to play!
During the day I like to hang out by with window and watch the birds and squirrels. I’m also really fast so I like to see how quickly I can get from one side of the room to the other and when i’m done that I enjoy conversations with my Foster people.
Recently the Ladies at the Rescue have started to call my Grandpa Benny because my Foster person had some kittens that I was teaching to play and I got to give them their baths and they tasted like milk! I really am just a gentle giant.
I’m really hoping I can find my forever home soon. I would love a home that has a Dog I could play with or some children! I do okay with other kitties but I am learning my manners with them and when they want to play with me or not. I don’t think that an older kitty would like me though! I would also be okay living on my own and being the most specialist boy also because I LOVE snuggles and attention!
