Benny

Meet Benny!

Benny is an approximately 12-week-old black kitten with a heart of gold. He was found wandering outside all by himself, but he's quickly learning just how wonderful it is to be safe, loved, and spoiled!

Benny is a little more reserved at first and may need some time to warm up to new people and surroundings. But once he feels comfortable, he absolutely loves being in your lap and soaking up all the attention. He plays well with other cats and kittens once he's had a chance to get acquainted with them, and he has become especially close with fellow adoptable kitten Rhys. We think having a friendly feline companion could be a great fit for Benny.

Because Benny is still a little shy, we don't think he would be the best match for a home with dogs.

Benny is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV. He previously had an umbilical hernia repaired during his neuter, but unfortunately another small umbilical hernia has developed and is scheduled to be surgically repaired soon. His rescue will be making sure this is taken care of before his adoption is finalized.

Benny may need a little patience in the beginning, but underneath that shy exterior is a sweet, affectionate lap kitten just waiting for someone to give him the time and love he deserves.

Benny is looking for a patient family who will let him come out of his shell at his own pace—and then enjoy all the cuddles once he does.
