Belle's Story

Belle is a senior tabby lady with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. This very sweet girl is looking for a calm, relaxed household where she can enjoy her golden years in comfort and peace. Belle has previously lived with two dogs and did well, especially in a quieter environment. She would thrive in a home with calm, mature children who understand how to respect her space and gentle nature. If you’re looking for a loving, low-key companion who will happily keep you company with soft purrs and quiet affection, Belle could be the perfect addition to your home. Senior cats like Belle have so much love to give—and she’s ready to share hers with you.

Dessin Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
Adoption: You need to submit an adoption application. The link is below. Once approved, we'll schedule an appointment. Spay and neuter: No pet gets adopted without being spayed or neutered. We're part of the solution to the pet overpopulation problem. Ten point behavioral assessment: A formal, ten point behavioral assessment is conducted on each dog to attempt to identify aggression or behavior problems, as well as to learn about the dog's personality. This helps us determine the best type of home for each dog/puppy.
