Bellagio

Beautiful Bellagio is ready for a new chapter in his life. He has a long story to tell and can fill his forever person in when the time comes. For now we will share that he was rescued with a severely injured tail and wound on his leg. Both required surgery and his tail had to be amputated. Now he’s the most adorable bobcat! <br/><br/>While his injuries are of unknown status, we know his life before coming to Whiskers was not so kind to him. Bellagio has been in foster since this past summer and has come such a long way. He LOVES to play and has so much energy that he can be a little bit of a tough guy since he’s vying for all the attention. He is not shy and will let you entertain him for hours. In fact, if he doesn’t get to burn off his energy, he pouts and can turn his energy to being a punk with other kitties. He can also be a little spicy with people but it’s only to show us he’s in charge nowadays. He enjoys his back rubbed and will give you elevator butt but he does not tolerate if you reach over his head. He’s also not ready to be picked up. But in time, we think all of that will change. He enjoys looking outside at the birds and loves sleeping on the bed. He will need someone who can accept him as is and continue to work with him. He is super food motivated and can be somewhat of a food hog with the others. <br/><br/>Bellagio should be with adults only as he needs to learn more boundaries. He has not been around dogs or children so our best guess is no to both. We think he would do good with another kitty who could put up with his antics. We also think he could be good as an only kitty of the household, as long as his person can devote a lot of playtime with him. <br/><br/>Approx.
