Bella's Story

Bella came into our rescue when a colony feeder was seeking help with a cat that started being bullied by the others in her colony. Backstory: Bella was taken for her TNR spay/beginning vaccinations, and upon being released back into the colony she grew up in, they other cats started to attack her and injured her paw. She was brought in to the vet for medical attention, and then we were asked to help socialize and get Bella ready for a safe forever home.

With her beautiful buff/orange tabby coat, and her amber eyes, Bella is a real stunner! She is dainty and delicate, so her foster's call her "The Bell-a-the-ball!" She is a cautiously curious girl who is now out and about in her foster home with the other resident cats. She loved to play with her resident siblings, and she will trill and chirp at them to entice some playtime. She does have a sweet squeaky meow at feeding times, and will follow her humans around the home and lay down and relax in the room with them.... she just will not let them touch her (yet). Our experienced fosters have given her a real chance at being a house cat, but she simply either needs more time in a forever home that can accept her at her own pace, or perhaps she might settle in as a barn cat that is still cared for but has less human interaction.

Bella's diet consists of 1/2 can wet Fancy Feast food, once a day, as well as Purina ONE kibble as a free-feed throughout the day. She likes to play with her catnip rainbow, string toys, and most of all climbing on her cat towers! Bella would be great in a home with other cats, as she seems to really enjoy the resident cats in her foster.

***Her foster family is going to cover the adoption fees, so if you are the right fit for a forever home, all you will need to show up with is love a patience.***

Bella is spayed, and has her rabies vaccination, and will begin her other vaccinations through rescue as we continue to socialize her.
