Bella's Story

Bella (F, bicolor) was rescued with her litter of five siblings from Wilson Park in Torrance at ten days old in September. They were found in a cardboard box left on the sidewalk surrounding the park. Bella is looking for a forever home now that her siblings have been adopted.

Bella loves to play! As soon as she hears other cats playing she will abandon her food to join the fun. Her wiggle butt is unstoppable. She is ready to chase, be chased, attack feathers, and pounce! She also loves hanging out on shoulders and cuddling once she is all tired out.

Bella and her siblings were bottle fed when first rescued, but are now litter box trained and eating a wet food diet. She has been spayed and is working on getting her vaccines (multiple rounds of FVRCP).

All our kitties are on a 100% wet food diet, as dry food is not healthy for cats. They are fostered in a home with young children and adult cats, so they are great with both. Bella has also been fostered in a home with a large dog so she is comfortable with dogs as well.

Like all our kittens, Bella will be adopted to families with a young cat. Neither humans nor dogs can take the place of a cat companion for another cat. Two cats means a better quality of life for the cats, and an easier life for you as the cat parent.

If you are thinking about adopting just one kitten, please read about “single kitten syndrome.” https://www.seattleareafelinerescue.org/single-kitten-syndrome/ If you only want one cat, consider adopting a single adult cat and not a kitten who requires more attention than a human can provide.

If you're interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption form. Adoption fee is $150 per cat and covers the spay and vaccination fees.

Adoption Form: https://forms.gle/U9Fj8rsr2dE3EqJp6

More photos of the kitties: https://www.instagram.com/rosiesacademy/

This link can also be found under MORE ABOUT ROSIE'S ACADEMY on the right navigation.
