Belgian was left at a police station so we don't know anything about his history. Belgian spends his days laying in the window seat basking in the sun. He is super sweet with us humans. He has a history of not getting along with other cats but has been much better with that lately. He used to have his own room but is now in the big room with all of the other cats and is doing fine.
