Beemer's Story

Please read Beemer's bio, requirements for adoption and if you think he would be a good fit then go to avacats.org and fill out an online application form. An adoption co ordinator will be in touch
Update Jan 11th - Beemer is now at the Global Pet Store, 255 Dundas St W in Waterdown. Go pay this cutie a visit.
Dec 17th, 2025 - Beemer came to our rescue when a concerned animal lover took him in their home for several weeks. He was outside freezing trying to get inside. They looked for an owner but no one came forward - he was not neutered nor microchipped. Our vet put him at about 2 years old. He has now been flea treated, dewormed, received his FVCRP and rabies vaccines, neutered and microchipped. He is now in a foster home recuperating. He is a very sweet, loving male who can't wait to find his new forever indoor home. He is very gentle, loves to sit on the couch beside you or on your lap and is enjoying being back inside again. He loves belly rubs. His adoption fee is $250. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy.
