Born 2020<br/><br/>Hi, I'm Beau! I'm a big handsome boy, fun loving and affectionate. I was so overweight when I arrived at the Kitty Cottage I couldn't groom myself so my fur was covered in filth. A trip to the vet revealed that I am diabetic so I need to take a pill a day and watch my weight. I am a very good boy so I gobble my pill up every morning and stay active. I'm already losing weight and the vet is hopeful that once I reach my goal, the diabetes may resolve itself. I'm ready to continue on my road to good health in my very own forever home. I even have a very special sponsor that will help my new family get started. Please come meet me.

Pet Rescue's Adoption Policy

The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an adoption application on our website: ny-petrescue.org We do our very best to find perfect matches for our rescues. While some of our rescues reside at our kennel facility, many of them live in foster homes until adopted; all our kittens are in foster homes. They all receive lots of love and guidance from our volunteers and staff to make their transition to your home as easy as possible. Come and meet our rescues! We have a Dog & Puppy Meet + Greet every Saturday from 11:30am-1:30pm at Pet Rescue, 7 Harrison Ave, Harrison NY. Visit our Kitty Cottage by appt by calling (914) 835-4133. All are welcome but only approved applicants can take home a pet.
