Bea's Story

Bea is currently in foster care and ready for adoption via our virtual process!

Bea, a one-year-old female, just arrived and is still getting settled in, so we're just beginning to learn who they are. Right now, everything is new-new people, new sounds, new routines-and we're giving them time to relax, decompress, and show us their true personality at their own pace.

Here's what we know so far about her time in foster care: https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:09849445-fe18-4889-8574-4ff6ff220a90

Her foster says "Bea has really blossomed and continued to show more and more personality and she's gotten comfortable with me. She had the cutest meow and absolutely loves treats. We're still working on overall confidence with petting and meeting new people but she is really such a sweet and curious girl. She's super playful and is really good at entertaining herself and could chase toys around all day! She's absolutely tiny but has plenty of personality. The more confident she gets, the more I fall in love with her :) She is super talkative, curious and silly. She started out very timid but has an adorably mischievous side that has come out as she's gotten comfortable and she constantly surprises me with new quirks that make me laugh/smile."

She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped , and has had preventative treatments to ensure she is ready for her next steps.

Submit an adoption survey from above and our team will reach out via phone or email (check spam) to schedule a counseling call. For any additional questions, please contact fosternyc@bestfriends.org.

Please remember, pets cannot be held or reserved.
