This sweet, gentle boy was living outside in a residential neighborhood. A Good Samaritan was feeding him, but when the crazy winter weather hit, it was time to get him off the streets.<br/><br/>The vet paperwork states that he is 7 months old, but we believe him to be closer to 12-18 months old.<br/><br/>BAXTER is in a foster home with another cat and two small dogs. He is fine with all of them.<br/><br/>He is a wee bit shy, but loves to be petted and follows his foster mom around. He really just wants to be loved and to feel secure.
