Baxter's Story
I’m one of a colony of cats that were born as strays. We had a lady who loved and cared for us. Unfortunately she passed away in a house fire which also was the home where we lived. Faith Animal Rescue had been working for almost two years to get all the cats spayed/neutered prior to the devastating fire.
We have lived inside at the rescue since February 2023. It’s been a process to adapt to living with the other dozen cats in a smaller space and to accept that humans are ok.
I will need a home that is willing to give me time and patience to adjust to yet another new home. I will need a more quiet home or at least a home where I will have a place to escape to to feel safe. I love head pets now and I’m showing signs that I’m ready for my own home.
