Meet Bates, a little guy from Texas. He was found in Texas with his two siblings by some kind Samaritans. Bates was once a flea infested, scared kitten. He is now a strong healthy kitten! Both his brother and sister have been adopted in Texas, but little Bates is looking for a forever home in the DMV!
