Bat is the perfect companion for someone who wants a little shadow or assistant - a buddy who will watch every screen you own and do everything you do with passion and interest! He especially loves watching sports, he will sit on you and watch TV for hours, and he is spectacular at the iPad games made for cats. He is brilliant and extremely observant - he loves other cats and is friendly and outgoing with people! His personality is extremely adaptable to many different homes and lifestyles. His inquisitive nature, curiosity, and outgoingness makes me think he be would a cat you could easily train to go on walks and travel with you. He can handle the chaos and craziness, he likes to be in the middle of anything going on! <br/><br/>Bat just celebrated his first birthday, and will be the last of his littermates to find his forever home! His mother, Sweet Baby Maple, is also available for adoption on my page, and they are very close. Bat is a happy and interactive baby, always upbeat and excited for everything. He does love to cuddle and be close to you, he can be a lap cat at times, and he is so entertaining to communicate with. I swear he understands English and knows exactly what you are saying. <br/><br/>He knows his name VERY well and I think he quite likes it - the moment he hears "Bat," he will instantly respond in a way that confirms he heard you and he knows you are talking to him. He also loves to spend time outside (in a safe supervised area) and bathe in the sun while watching birds. He has never been allowed to catch anything, as I have a secured outdoor catio, but I am certain he would have great success at hunting if given the chance. <br/><br/>I think Bat would thrive in the care of any guardian who will be present with him and truly see and acknowledge him for who he is - wether that's with a single introvert who loves to cozy up on the couch with a good book, or an adrenaline junkie who loves the outdoors and wants to bring him hiking and adventuring - he is so eager to have a special bond with a person who will love and appreciate him and allow him to be a part of his or her life. <br/><br/>If you have any questions about Bat, I'll be more than happy to answer them!
