Basil

Basil is a big tuxedo kitten with a calm and gentle nature. He arrived to us with his mom and sister when he was just 4 weeks old. He and his sister were extremely malnourished and weak and needed a lot of TLC. Once we got some calories in them they thrived and became fat happy cats. Basil has watched his mom and sister go to their forever homes and is just patiently waiting for someone to see how special he is. Though he can be a bit shy at first, Basil is extremely affectionate and cuddly and loves flopping down next to you and stretching out for a snuggle and some loud purring. Once he’s comfortable, he loves nothing more than stretching out across you for a nap. When he’s not enjoying treats or meowing softly for attention, Basil can often be found playing or patiently waiting for you in bed, ready to cuddle. He is super gentle, allowing you to easily clip his claws or take him to the vet with ease. Basil does great with other cats - inviting them to play but respecting boundaries.
