This sad eyed cutie is the sweet as can be, Bart. This All American Good Boy came to us after he was found as a stray kitty and was taken care of by a kind person until we had room for him at the shelter. This great guy has an estimated birthdate of 2/12/25, so he's just one year young! Bart is such a sweet boy, with a great personality, and a love for people. He never makes a fuss, and is always so appreciative of love and attention. If you're looking for kitty purrfection, Bart is your boy! And did you see those adorable whiskers of his? He has whiskers for days! Bart is a busy boy and loves to explore his surroundings and play with wand toys. We have a hunch that he would LOVE to have a great cat tree that sits in front of a window, allowing him a view of the world and the birds and chipmunks outside. Bart loves getting as much attention from possible from the staff and volunteers at the shelter, and would make a wonderful sidekick for a single person, a child, or great addition to a busy family. This boy loves to be busy and have things to keep him engaged, but he know how to balance out life and snooze on a warm, comfy couch. He loves to have a person sit next to him that he can cuddle up next to, and he doesn't mind being picked up. He's truly the sweetest boy! He's a playful guy and his favorites are catnip and kitty kickers, plus toys with feathers. All kitties seem to love feather wand toys and this terrific tabby is no exception. Bart has met other kitties since coming to us and he gets along well with them. He hasn't met any dogs, but we suspect that he would be fine with a gentle, cat-friendly dog.
