Barnum's Story

Barnum is currently in a foster home, here are a few words from his foster mom:

"Barnum, aka Barney, is a handsome and rapidly growing young fellow! He is currently at a foster home and is great friends with the younger kittens and the one year old family cat. They love to wrestle and run around like maniacs, particularly at midnight! Barney is a mild-mannered cat and will go off by himself when there is too much activity.
Of special note: Barney has lush, long fur, and he enjoys having it brushed and combed, which is important so he doesn’t develop mats and tangles."

Please note:
- Our website (www.neenahanimalshelter.org) is updated in real time, so we are accepting applications for all animals that are currently listed.
- Applications can be downloaded from our website. (http://neenahanimalshelter.org/how-to-adopt.html)
- Our shelter has open visiting hours for cats, however pre-approved application are needed prior to an adoption. Appointments may be scheduled with an approved application as well, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate same day adoptions.
- Approved applications are required prior to meeting any of our dogs.

**Kittens are required to be adopted in pairs, unless there already is a cat in the home. If the cat in the home is 10 years or older, this two-kitten policy will apply.
