BARNIE! Just look at this MAGNIFICENT boy! A little time, a gentle touch, a soft voice and you will have all of this!<br/>Barnie has been waiting for his forever home for 9 years! He turned 9 on 7/13. He was my very first foster cat in 2017. His gorgeous green eyes had lots of things to say and it took a very special caretaker named Aurora for him to fully open up and tell her those things. Aurora spends lots of time in the cattery with the older kitties. They are often overlooked. Thank you for always being there for the kitties, Aurora.<br/>Please give a soft natured, kind, and deserving older kitty a chance at true love like this.

Bulverde Area Humane Society's Adoption Policy

Our adoption procedure begins with the completion of the Adoption Contract, which can be downloaded on our website at www. bulverdeareahumanesociety.com Your new friend will be ready for their new home after review by one of our Adoption Counselors. All of our animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption and have been tested for heartworm or feline leukemia / aids. They all have their age appropriate vaccinations. All puppies, dogs & kittens are microchipped. If you're considering adopting a dog who will join one already in your home. We encourage Meet and Greets. Visiting dogs must be spayed or neutered and have proof of current vaccinations. Talk to a staff member about scheduling your Meet and Greet session before coming out with your dog. And thanks for considering a shelter pet!
