Barni's Story

Barni came to us in November from another rescue and was supposed to be placed as a barn cat. However the placement fell through and Barni has been staying at our shelter since then, slowly coming out of her shell. We now feel that she deserves a family and would be happier living in a home. She is a young adult, probably around 2 years of age. She is sweet, shy, gentle, quiet and loving, shows no aggression at all, and gets along great with other cats. She will make an awesome companion for someone who is patient and not looking for an outgoing lap cat but just a quiet friend to be pet and adored. Any children in the home should be teens or older, and we don't know if Barni has been around dogs. Barni is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250. Contact us at 519-836-9780 (Monday-Friday 8am-1pm only) or by email at NHARescueguelph@gmail.com if you are willing to give this sweet girl her first real home!
