Bonjourno! My name is Barilla! I am a luscious, beautiful, fluffy grey kitty, expressing floof in all my splendor! Can you handle my floof? I came from an outdoor colony where our caretaker could no longer take care of us and I found myself at Paws Patrol. The awesome folks there discovered that myself and my colony-mate Lainey both purred when our kennel doors were opened to give us food and we accepted pets! From there, we went to separate foster homes, where we discovered the love of hoomans, laps, pets and purrs and endless food. Now we're back together at Paws looking for our forever homes.<br/><br/>While in foster care, I learned the wonder of pets and scritches, learned to love back scratches. Though I'm not much of a lap cat (yet), I would likely make an awesome couch cat! I purr quickly upon being pet and sometimes follow my hooman around. I am shy upon first meeting new people and sudden noises make me jump. But I do warm up over time. I am the independent type, so I won't hound and nag you incessantly. That said, I will always love some scritches when you have the time!<br/><br/>Overall, I am a low key, easy going floofy kitty with an independent spirit but also a love for back scratches and attention! Still a wee bit of consideration of my colony days with noises and new environments but I do warm up and would love to make a new home with you ... so what are you waiting for?
