Banks's Story

Banks
Short Hair Brown Tabby & White Neutered Male
Estimated Birthday: 6/8/2026

Meet Banks, a handsome brown and white tabby with a big heart and the sweetest little personality. This adorable boy is ready to find a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and adored.

Banks can take a little time to warm up to new people and unfamiliar spaces, but once he feels comfortable, his sweet side really shines! He has no problem rolling over for belly rubs, and if you aren’t giving him quite enough attention, he’ll let you know by making the cutest little sounds. Trust us, his tiny voice is hard to resist!

Banks is a big fan of Churu treats and loves chasing feather wand toys, so he’s the perfect mix of playful kitten energy and affectionate cuddle buddy. He gets along well with other cats and children, too! He currently lives in a foster home with large dogs, but he hasn’t been formally introduced to them yet. With slow, proper introductions, he may do well with doggy siblings, too.

Banks would love a home with another friendly cat or kitten to play and grow up with. And if you’re looking for an extra-special pair, he’d absolutely love to be adopted with his brother, River!

Banks may need a little patience at first, but give him a chance to settle in, and you’ll be rewarded with a loving little companion who will melt your heart with his cuddles and adorable chatter.

Banks is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. His adoption fee is $125 or as a pair with River for $200. All current pets must be fixed and up-to-date on vaccines with a vet reference.

Fill out our online application to get approved for a meet and greet:
http://www.tigerlilyrescue.com/adoption-application/

Tigerlily Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old. * If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed. * We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family. * For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best. * If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time. * We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child. Our adoption fee of $125 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
