Banana Peel's Story

Meet Banana Peel, a sweet 6-year-old boy who just wants a quiet, loving place to call home. While he’s gentle and affectionate, shelter life has been tough on him. The loud sounds and constant activity make him nervous, and when things get overwhelming, he’ll tuck himself away to feel safe.

But underneath that shy exterior is a truly loving and friendly cat who adores being pet and soaking up attention once he feels secure. Give him a calm space, a soft voice, and a little time, and you’ll quickly see the warm, affectionate companion he really is.

Banana Peel is more than ready to leave the shelter behind and start the next chapter of his life — one filled with comfort, understanding, and someone who will cherish him. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle soul to share your home with, Banana Peel is waiting for you. Fill out an application for him here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FMAS/Cat

If you are interested in meeting Banana Peel in person, the shelter has visiting hours on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon until 4 pm.
