Ballerina's Story

Ballerina was brought to the shelter after she was found abandoned at a condemned building. She is about one year old. Ballerina is a tad shy at first, but she warms up as soon as you start petting her. She is a talkative and affectionate girl! Ballerina seems friendly enough to do well in a home with other animals and children. She hopes a loving family find her and taker her home soon!

Humane Society of Richland County's Adoption Policy

Adopting a pet though us is a pretty rewarding and an easy process! Once you find the pet that you have been looking for, then you fill out an adoption application (either online on our website, www.adoptourstrays.com, or in person here at the shelter). Once an application is approved, we then send the pet home. If the pet still needs to be fixed, we set up an appointment with you to bring the animal back to our shelter for the surgery. Our adoption fees: Dogs: $175.00 Puppies: $225.00 Cats: $50.00 Kittens: $75.00 Adoption Fees Include the following: Spay/Neuter Appropriate Vaccinations Deworming Treatment and Flea Preventative FeLV and FIV Testing Heartworm Testing 1 Year Rabies Vaccination Medications if needed *Puppies & Kittens 6 months or a year
