Bailey's Story

Hello World, meet Bailey!

This incredibly flashy tuxedo girl is one of the resident "Mamas" (Aunties?) at Salty Paws. All of the kittens who come through Salty Paws absolutely love her; and she them. We are so lucky to have her with us, but wow, we would love to find her a true furever home. She is so deserving.

Bailey is a soft, super gentle, quiet cat who loves humans but is still shy or rather, is not outgoing. She lets people come to her. We always have more outgoing cats who steal the show, but if you seek out Bailey and pet her, she is so glad you did. She is unique and beautiful and we are looking for a patient, loving furever home as awesome as she is. We do think Bailey would be best adopted into a home with another cat, either an existing one looking for a pal; or with one of our many other adoptables (young, kitten, adult, she is good with all)!

This little beauty had a pretty rough journey to get to us at Salty Paws. She was found abandoned under a trailer home with some other cats at a feeding site on the island. She has come so far and we are just in awe of her bravery and kind demeanor. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body.

Bailey is about 2-3 years old, fully vetted, spayed and ready for her next, best chapter in life. Is that with you?

If you are interested in adopting Bailey, kindly fill out our required application, which can be found here:

https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SPLC/Cat

For the safety of our animals, home checks are a requirement of adoption, but we make this as unobtrusive and convenient as possible.

THANK YOU for considering a rescue cat!
