Bailey's Story
This is a courtesy post. Bailey is not in our care. The following information has been provided by Bailey's family, who are looking for the perfect forever home for her.

Meet Bailey!

Bailey spent the first three years of her life as a shy, feral cat in a quiet neighborhood. Her family slowly earned her trust during the summer and fall of 2022, and when a bitter cold spell arrived in December 2022, they welcomed her indoors. Since then, Bailey has blossomed into a happy, affectionate indoor cat with absolutely no interest in going back outside.

Bailey has a gentle, mild-tempered personality. While she isn't a fan of being held, she loves being petted once she knows and trusts you. She'll happily rub against you for attention and enjoys "chatting" with her people throughout the day. One of her cutest quirks is getting the zoomies after meals, racing around the house with excitement! She also loves playing with toys, especially anything involving a string on a stick.

Bailey currently lives with three other cats and gets along very well with one of them. However, a more dominant cat in the home has made it difficult for her to fully relax. Her family believes Bailey would thrive as the only cat or with one calm, non-dominant feline companion where she can truly feel comfortable and confident.

Bailey has come such a long way from her life outdoors and deserves a loving home where she can continue to flourish.
