Bailey is a snuggle bug with a great purr motor. He loves to play with his sister Alice and his brother DJ. Because of our past experiences, the Contra Costa SPCA does not place pets in out-of-state homes. The Contra Costa SPCA is a small, all volunteer, foster based rescue and we do not have a staffed office. We will respond to your inquires as soon as we can.
