Bagheera's Story

Bagheera is a tall, dark, and handsome man who cannot be described in one measly paragraph. His origin story is great, as is his silly personality, but since it is very long I will do my best to condense it for you here. Bagheera showed up at the barn where I was keeping my horse around October/November 2021 as a completely terrified feral cat. I would catch only glimpses of him for months until January 3rd 2022 when he snuck into the barn to try and steal some cat food. Through months of diligent feeding, patience, and a bit of cat whisperer magic I earned Bagheera’s trust and helped him to realize that humans aren’t so bad after all. He went from a terrified feral to a spoiled brat in only months, and now he is more than ready to find his forever indoor home with someone who will love and cherish his affectionate, quirky personality as I and everyone else who has had the pleasure of meeting him does. <br/>Bagheera is estimated to be around 3 years old. He is a friendly, lovable guy who loves attention and is very interested but not overbearing when meeting other cats. He uses his litter box without issue and would love an adopter who would enjoy a play and snuggle buddy. He has shown interest in meeting dogs but has not met any face-to-face; only through protected contact (ie. a glass door/kennel door). Homes with cat-conscious children would be appropriate as he's not a timid or easily upset cat.
