Baby Nora - 5 weeks's Story

Baby Nora was born in a garage and was pulled from momma a little early because she has some sniffles and needs a dose of antibiotics. She loves to play, is exceptionally gentle and loving and interactive.

Nora purrs any time you pet her or are in close proximity. She is super brave being away from momma so young. We need a foster home that has someone available to give her lots of pets and hold her tons.

She won't give you any trouble with medication, she's super. She's a fabulous eater also.

Please text Nora to 248/762-0831 if you are able and willing to help this beautiful baby girl.

Mean Streets's Adoption Policy
We ask you to foster the pet for two weeks to be sure it's a good fit. If it is, awesome. Sometimes a pet just doesn't adapt to the new surroundings--for no real reason at all, and in those cases, we simply take the pet back. We love to see pets being adopted, but it's important that its right fit--for you and them. We want to be sure all pets are fixed, but doctors are advising we wait until kittens and puppies reach a certain age before putting them through surgery. This reduces risk to the babies. If you adopt a kitten or puppy that is not fixed, the cost is slightly higher, but once the surgery is complete, you will receive a reimbursement. This is a bit of an inconvenience, but it helps us ensure that everyone follows through with surgery. We ask that you do not declaw the cats and kittens. We adopt US citizens and green card holders living within Oakland county. We are accepting Foster applications. If you have an interest in fostering a pet please let us know, we'd love to work with you. What does a Foster family do? Foster families provide temporary housing to pets--they love them, care for them, play with them and keep their spirits up until a permanent family can be found. Adoption day is the only down side, it can be bittersweet. On occasion, a Foster family will fall in love with a pet and choose to keep them, and that's okay too! We call that flunking, and I've flunked a few times myself. If you'd like to see which pets we have in need of a Foster family, just take a look at our adoptable pets list, we add a reference next to the pets name.
