Our kitten Charlie was born with differences in his hind legs.The doctor told him his knee caps are not where they are supposed to be. The doctor reassured us that he will lead a wonderful life without having them fixed. Charlie does have some special needs. Charlie can jump on lower levels (such as the couch) but not higher. We adopt to CT, NY, NH, RI. $50 health certificate fee added outside CT.
