Babs's Story

For inquiries contact jean@staf.org. Information and application are at www.staf.org.
Babs will immediately steal your heart the moment she places her head in your hand, asking ever so sweetly for pets. With her striking silver stripes and gentle, coy slither, she has a way of charming everyone she meets since her true goal is simple, to touch your heart.
Babs’ journey hasn’t been an easy one. She was rescued after being found wandering alone at a gas station, fending for herself. During her time outdoors, she contracted FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). But, don’t let that deter you as FIV+ cats like Babs can live long, happy lives and safely coexist with other friendly cats.
This lovely girl was once adopted with another cat but was later returned when the hustle and bustle of her home became too stressful. She’s now much more at ease in our quiet, low-key FIV room, where she enjoys calm companionship and plenty of cozy naps. Babs would thrive in a peaceful home with a relaxed atmosphere, the kind of place where she can curl up on the sofa and know she’s truly home.
If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate cat who will embrace your love with her special charm, come meet Babs since she is ready to bring warmth and grace to your world!
DOB 2020
Cat adoption information and application can be found at www.staf.org.
All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati. We will ask you to return to the shelter for a second visit to be sure of your decision. Sorry, we do not ship our cats or kittens! Please email Jean at jean@staf.org for more info. on adopting!
