Azalea's Story

Azalea, along with her sister Marigold, have been at the shelter since they were babies. They had another sister but she was very ill and passed shortly after they arrived. Marigold has since been adopted so Azalea is all that's left. Azalea is affectionate and silly. She can be shy at first but when her personality comes out she is playful and desires all the pets and kisses. She is cat and dog selective so will need time before warming up with new animals. She has two roommates who she loves and interacts with some of the other cats at the shelter, but she tends to be protective of her space. With people, she will nuzzle and cuddle with, but she doesn't like to be held much and will tell you so.

Azalea likes to be the one in charge. She also looooves the laser pointer. And she is treat motivated. Her spay is included with her adoption.
