Axel's Story
This guy!!! AMAZES me!! Axel came to us over a year ago and we knew right away there was something different about him... sure enough vet confirmed his tear ducts don't produce tears and the back of his eyes are misshapen, but he still has decent vision. Plus, we noticed he could be off balance at times and was told he likely had a neurological condition and because of it could never be put on his back (his balance impairment would make it impossible for him to roll back over so he'd be stuck on his back like a turtle would be).

Fast forward a few months and guess what!! He can roll ALL the way over all by himself while playing with the foster’s other cats. Never count our special needs furkids out. He is completely fine and enjoying life!

Loud noises do scare him and he is NOT a fan of car rides, but he's used to being around cats and dogs.

If you'd like to meet this truly adorable guy contact Midland County Pit Stop. Submit your application here: midlandcountypitstop.org.

Remember those kitty konditions:
- Current/recent pets must be spayed/neutered, utd on vaccines consistently, and cats must be fiv/felv negative.
- We do vet checks
If you have any questions, please contact us. One cat is $135 or 2 together are $175.
