Awkwafina's Story

Ever wanted to pet the softest cloud like fur? If you are very lucky and very patient Awkwafina will let you experience the joy of petting her. But please note that our beautiful ear tipped girl is not the easiest cat to pet. Shy at first, she thrives in an environment with people who are patient. With those who give her the time and space to feel comfortable she will reward them with sweet purrs. She does have a special fast pass to her heart- come bearing treats. A food motivated lady she's more inclined to appreciate a human who has something tasty to offer. She's an easy addition to any home with multiple animals as she loves to be in the mix with cats and small dogs. She's going to make you work hard to get her love, but once you have it it is well worth it!

By adopting an animal from a no-kill rescue like Santé D’Or, you are also helping us provide space to save more animals from suffering and being euthanized at city and county animal shelters. SDO offers cats, kittens, dogs* and puppies* for adoption. Your adoption fee includes spay or neuter, first year of shots, and microchipping where appropriate. We are a 501(C) 3, so your adoption fee is tax-deductible. *When available
