Autumn's Story
This little lady, Autumn, isn’t exactly new, although it’s the first time we’re posting her. Autumn and another cat (we were told her brother but the vet said she was more likely his mother) came to us last fall from a shelter in NY that was being shut down for various unsavory reasons. Autumn (and the other kitty Jinx) were very, very scared and not up to date on vetting. Autumn has come pretty far in the months since we’ve had her. She’s definitely not the most energetic cat. Most days she hardly moves from her cat bed, lol. So if a couch potato is what you’re looking for, she’s it. Our vet thinks she may be around 5 ish. You can tell by her low hanging pouch that she probably had numerous litters in her past, but hey, that’s the price of motherhood right? She’s still shy with new people, but she loves when our volunteers sit on the floor next to her bed and give her some sweet loving and petting. She was brought up to date on vaccines, was tested negative for FIV/FELV and had been spayed. If you would like to meet our Autumn, please fill out an application at www.tbaws.org.
