Autumn's Story
Meet Autumn, a beautiful medium-haired cat, estimated to have been born in 2018. After her first family moved away and left her behind, Autumn spent the last few months of her life living outdoors. She is now ready to find a new family and spend the rest of her life getting the love and pampering she deserves!

Autumn is extremely affectionate and is particularly fond of getting her head and cheeks scratched, which she lets you know with her big strong purr. She loves to cozy up in bed with her foster, making sure she’s the last thing you see before you fall asleep and the first thing you see when you wake up!

Because of her difficult past, Autumn gets easily startled by loud noises and fast movements and would do best in a quiet home without young children. She hasn’t spent much time with other cats in her foster home, but she has been friendly and curious around the cats she has met, so she would likely do okay in a house with or without other cats.

Autumn’s favourite toys are small fuzzy balls. She often gets the zoomies and loves to run around with the pom poms in her mouth. She currently prefers to play alone and gets startled when you try to join in on her play, but her foster is working on tossing her favourite balls to her and helping her learn that playing together can be fun too.

NOTE 1: Spays, neuters, first vaccinations and vet checks are included in the adoption fee.

NOTE 2: Because a young kitten needs feline companionship, it is the policy of Cat Rescue Network that kittens 6 months or younger be adopted out in pairs unless there is another kitten or young cat already in the home.

NOTE 3: Cat Rescue Network only adopts their cats to homes in the National Capital region of Canada.
