Atlas & Stella special need bonded pair's Story
Atlas and Stella are two survivors of a litter of six kittens born 9/5/25 and contracted panleukopenia in utero. Atlas did not escape unscathed; he has cerebellar hypoplasia, as panleuk affected his brain development. He’s described as mild/moderate CH, does basically everything he sets his mind to and doesn’t require a lot of special care. Atlas is able to walk and (sort of) run, but sometimes his legs buckle. He does well on carpet as well as hardwood floor. Stella has no symptoms of CH.
Currently they stay in one room of our house, since we have a lot of stairs (four levels) and three senior dogs. Atlas and Stella do get daily periods of time where they have total access to the third floor where their room is, but we do block stairways and also keep the dogs away from them. Stella has approached one of our dogs before (10 year old bully breed) and she didn’t seem afraid and our dog didn’t bother her, as he has always been very good around foster cats. So it was a peaceful encounter and I expect Stella would do OK around well-mannered dogs. Atlas bolted just at the sight of this same dog. Their room has a day bed, fireplace, upholstered chair and a desk. Atlas has managed to get on the desk and has jumped off at least once, with no harm done. We have carpet as well as pillows around the daybed and other things to make soft landings for him.
Atlas is able to eat by himself, with a particular arrangement of his bowls (he likes to eat lying down). He and Stella free feed dry kitten kibble all day/night. Twice a day they get some wet food. They drink from a stainless steel fountain type setup. Atlas has no problem with using that, either. He also does quite a nice job in the litterbox, making no more of a mess than any other kitten. We do have the tall sides on both litter boxes, which helps a lot with keeping mess to a minimum. We have carpeted stairs and although Stella has used them, we’ve not allowed Atlas to do so, due to his unpredictable gait. These two are incredibly bonded so it would be ideal if they would be adopted together.

They are neutered &spayed, up to date on shots and tested negative. They would be a great companion and family member.

Adoption Fee: $150. 00 + Tax Cash Only Micro chip fee is $25.00 each INTERESTED?
