Atlantic's Story

Hi, my name is Atlantic. I am a 7-month-old, male, orange tabby kitten. My brother, Pacific, and I were rescued as older, feral kittens. While my brother remains a bit cautious of humans, I have socialized well and LOVE people! My foster mom says that I am a perfect kitten. My eyes match my fur, so I look like a pumpkin! I'm outgoing, have tons of purrsonality, like to snuggle UNDER the blanket with you, and get into lots of standard kitten trouble. Be careful what you leave around, as I will get into things I'm not supposed to! Perhaps since my brother and I were really thin and starving when our foster took us in, we have a tendency to EAT things that we shouldn't - string, ribbon, feathers, etc. It would be best for us to stick to hard plastic toys (like balls with bells) to ensure that we don't eat something and get really sick. I really enjoy playing with my brother. So, going to a home with another playful cat would be great! I haven't met dogs or small children yet. I am neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, tested for FIV/FeLV (negative/negative), and have my microchip. If you are interested in making me a part of your family, please click on the following link to fill out an Adoption Application http://www.purringheartsva.org and a volunteer will reach out to you within 72 hours. I hope to hear from my forever family soon!
