Astro and Geo's Story

These sweet sisters were born on a college campus and their names are reminiscent of courses I never actually took: Geology and Astro-physics. They had lots of human interaction from a young age, so they start purring loudly, the second they see you. Geo is actually quite the Velcro kitty and loves snuggling in my lap, while Astro will go straight for the jump pets, and then curl up at my feet. When they aren’t soaking up the love, they are chasing each other around the apartment, wrestling, or playing with their favorite toys. They love my resident cats, but I don’t know how they feel about dogs. I would love to find them a home together, so please fill out the adoption application if you’d like to meet them. Thank you!

Bookstore Cats's Adoption Policy

Filling out an adoption application is the first part of the process. Once the application is reviewed, I will check references and contact the applicant to set up a video interview. During the video the adopter will give me a tour of their living space, so that I can check for solid screens on all of the windows and any potential hazards to the cat. If approved, we will set up a time for them to meet the cat, either by video chat first or in person.
