Asparagus's Story

We received an email regarding two cats that were found in a carrier left in a park. A kind person took them home, but was not able to keep them. He reached out to us and we were happy to bring Edamame and Asparagus into our care. We have no idea what they have been through so they are adjusting slowly and learning to once again trust people - the ones that let them down!

Asparagus—better known as Gus—is an irresistibly cute and handsome little boy. He’s still a bit shy, but his confidence grows more each day as he explores, plays, and discovers new toys. Although we wouldn’t consider them bonded, he definitely likes to be around his sister and we would love to see them adopted together. Gus is playful, curious, and always ready to chase a string toy. He would thrive in a quieter home with someone patient and loving who can help him continue to come out of his shell.

Contact us info@werescuecats.ca
