Ashley's Story

Meet Ashley - she is a super sweet gal, she is shy at first of course, but in time, she comes for loving and brushing, to be petted and have a lap to curl up on! It is best to say she'd do best as a single kitty in a quiet environment, or along with a super easy going cat. She was found when she was a kitten and taken in, given her own room because she was very intimidated by other pets. She has been cared for by her previous caretaker until the lady moved, then Ashley's world was turned upside down. She will always be shy, but in the right environment, she does love to play and has her times where she will let you pet her and brush her and all the kitty things people like. She is a trial and error kitty, meaning it is difficult for us to know how much she will or will not blossom. Ideally we are looking for someone who can be patient, give her time to grow into her new environment and be ok with it if she decides to be left alone. I can promise, even in her moments of loneliness, she still jumps up to play with her laser light. She will come from any area when the cans of food are being opened, she will also talk at times! Bonding with the right person will definitely be a major improvement to her life!
