Sometimes the smallest survivors have the biggest hearts… and that’s my story. My name is Asher. <br/><br/>When I was just a tiny newborn kitten, my mama and my five siblings were put outside. We were so small and helpless. Thankfully, a kind man saw a post on social media about us and rushed to help. He brought us to the Humane Society so we would have a chance.<br/><br/>Sadly, I was the only kitten who survived.<br/><br/>But that kind man didn’t forget about me. He came back and adopted me, giving me the love and safety every kitten deserves. For the past year I’ve known what it feels like to have a warm home, full meals, and someone who cares about me.<br/><br/>Life has taken a turn for my human though. His work now requires him to travel most of the time, and he realized I deserve more than being home alone. Because he loves me, he reached out to Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR to help find me a new family who can give me the time and love I deserve.<br/><br/>I’m about a year old now — still young, playful, and curious about everything. I love lounging on soft blankets, watching what you’re doing, and being close to my people.<br/><br/>I fought hard to be here… now I’m just waiting for the person who will love me forever.
