Handsome ASHER was abandoned by his former people, left to fend for himself. Fortunately, he was rescued by a volunteer and her family.<br/><br/>ASHER is a Tuxedo, ready for the Christmas ball. We do not know how he feels about dogs, or other cats, but he hasn't objected to his roomies. The volunteer says he is terrific with kids! ASHER is young enough that, with proper, slow introduction, he should be able to adapt to a non-aggressive dog or cat sibling. He already thinks children are fun, as long as they understand soft touch, no squeezing hugs and rough housing with any cat may overstimulate a them and result in nips or scratches. ASHER will probably also enjoy snuggles and naps!<br/><br/>ASHER was abandoned by people he had trusted. Who knows why, after 3 years, they choose to leave him behind. But ASHER was lucky! He was rescued before anything bad happened to him alone, out in the scary world! He deserves more luck by finding a family who will love and care for him for life.
