Asher's Story
Asher along with his mother and littermates were taken into our rescue because they were slowly recovering from an upper respiratory infection (URI). Asher has had several URI's while in our foster care. Due to extra attention to his nutritional intake he was very playful and energetic like most kittens. However, our veterinarian said because of past URI's as a growing kitten Asher now has issues in his sinuses. He tends to be chronically congested and has infections routinely. He breaths loudly and does not seem to breath well through his nose. <br/>Asher is a sweet, loving boy and is adoptable, but he needs a veterinary specialist to determine if his condition can be cured by surgery. Once surgery is performed and he recovers he should be a healthy, active young cat and ready for his forever home.
